Participant Content & Media Release Agreement

By participating in the Recurring Income Challenge ("Challenge"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms regarding the recording, sharing, and use of video content created during the Challenge:

Video Recording and Self-Documentation

As part of the Challenge, participants are required to record themselves and self-document their journey, including but not limited to:Progress made in each challengeReceipt of commissions, payments, or rewardsPersonal reactions and excitement about the Challenge experience.

Ownership and Use of Videos

Participants agree to upload all videos created during the Challenge to the designated Google Cloud Account provided by Moneyroom.com ("Company").

By doing so; participants acknowledge that these videos become the Company's property upon upload. The Company reserves the right to use, edit, distribute, and display these videos for the following purposes:

Social Media and Promotional Use: The Company may use the videos as marketing materials, promotional materials, or advertisements on social media platforms, websites, or other media.

Future Productions: The Company may include participant videos in future series productions or related projects, including but not limited to television shows, documentaries, and online streaming content.

Participant Rights

Participants retain the right to use their videos for personal purposes during the Challenge. However, once videos are uploaded to the Company’s Google Cloud Account, participants waive any ownership or exclusive rights to the content. Participants agree not to claim compensation, royalties, or further rights for the Company’s use of the videos.

Consent to Use of Likeness

By participating in the Challenge, you grant the Company, its affiliates, and partners the right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness as captured in the videos for any promotional, commercial, or entertainment purposes related to the Challenge or future productions, without compensation or prior approval.

Duration of Use

The Company may use the videos indefinitely for the purposes stated above.Release of LiabilityParticipants release the Company, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims or liabilities related to the use of the videos, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or rights of publicity.

By participating in the Challenge and uploading your videos, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding the use of video content.

Media and Likeness Release Agreement

By participating in the Recurring Income Challenge ("Challenge"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms regarding the use of your likeness, image, voice, and audio-visual recordings in future promotions and productions:

Grant of Rights
By participating in the Challenge, you hereby grant Moneyroom.com ("Company"), its affiliates, and partners the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your name, likeness, image, voice, video, and audio recordings ("Content") in any form of media, whether now known or later developed.

This includes, but is not limited to: Promotional materials (e.g., advertisements, social media posts) and marketing campaigns, online content, television series, documentaries, and future productions related to the Challenge.

Use in Upcoming Productions

The Company reserves the right to use the Content for any upcoming productions, including but not limited to reality shows, series, documentaries, and other media formats. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your image, voice, and video/audio recordings in television broadcasts, streaming services, digital platforms, or any promotional content associated with the Challenge and future projects.

No Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or payment for the use of your Content in any media format or for any purpose, now or in the future.

Consent to Editing

You agree that the Company may edit, modify, or create derivative works from the Content as needed for promotional or production purposes. The Company has the right to decide how the Content is used, edited, and displayed, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.

Duration of Use

The Company may use your likeness, image, voice, and recordings for an indefinite period, and you waive the right to request removal or cessation of use at any time.

Release of Liability

You hereby release and discharge the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities related to the use of your likeness, image, video, audio, and voice, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Challenge and providing any video, audio, or other recordings, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Media and Likeness Release Agreement and agree to its terms.
