2. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to reject or terminate the enrollment of any participant at any time for any reason.

3. Fees and Payment
Participants are required to pay an enrollment fee to join the Recurring Income Challenge. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We may offer the option for participants to secure a business sponsor to cover the enrollment fee. However, participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for sponsorships.

4. No Elimination Policy
Unlike traditional reality competitions, the Recurring Income Challenge does not include eliminations. All participants will have the opportunity to complete all 36 challenges. Points, prizes, and rewards will be distributed based on individual challenge performance, but no one will be removed from the program.

5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided during the Recurring Income Challenge, including but not limited to lessons, videos, challenges, and resources, are the exclusive property of Moneyroom.com. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content without our express written consent.

6. Income Disclaimer
The Recurring Income Challenge provides educational content on how to generate recurring income; however, we do not guarantee specific results or earnings. Individual success may vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to skill level, effort, and market conditions. All income generated during the challenge belongs to the participant, but we do not take responsibility for the accuracy of third-party platforms or payment systems used to track earnings.

7. Prizes and Rewards
Throughout the challenge, participants may have the opportunity to win points, gift cards, cash prizes, and Golden Commissions of $1,000 or more. All rewards will be distributed based on merit, as determined by performance in the weekly challenges. Moneyroom.com reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.

8. Participant Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner while participating in the Recurring Income Challenge. Disrespectful, abusive, or unethical behavior will result in termination from the program without a refund. Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the challenge process is strictly prohibited and participants who do so will be removed from participating in further challenges and will forfeit the opportunity to win additional prizes.

9. Sponsorship Terms
If a participant secures a business sponsor to cover their enrollment fee, the sponsor will receive exposure through local and national media coverage. However, Moneyroom.com does not guarantee the extent of media exposure or promotional results for sponsors.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyroom.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or participation in the Recurring Income Challenge.
